Easy Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water, mixed together

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Cooking Steps

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  • Let boil for about 1 minute or until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Serve with your favorite veggies or even on top of a main dish like salmon.
