The Best Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of potatoes (red, yellow, etc.)

  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder

  • ⅛ tsp onion powder

  • Avocado oil, a drizzle

  • Cayenne pepper, to taste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

- For this recipe, in particular, I prefer to use red or yellow potatoes, however, any variety will work. 

Cooking Steps

Prep

Peel & rinse 1 lb of potatoes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 

Cut Potatoes

Cut the potatoes into about ½ in (1 ½ cm) cubes. Place cut potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet. 

Season Potatoes

Drizzle avocado oil over potatoes. Season with ⅛ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ tsp onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat. 

Bake Potatoes

Transfer potatoes to preheated oven and bake for 30 min., flipping halfway through, until golden brown. Remove and serve!
