3 Ingredient Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 colored bell pepper
⅓ cup Italian dressing (click here for my recipe)
8 oz cooked pasta*
*Traditional bags of penne (which I used for this recipe) are 16oz. Depending on how much pasta you want, you can use ½ or ⅓ of the bag. For a more saucy pasta salad, use ⅓ of the bag.
Cooking Steps
Cut Bell Pepper
Finely chop 1 colored bell pepper (I prefer to use orange, yellow, or red).
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl combine 8oz cooked pasta, finely chopped bell pepper, and ⅓ cup Italian dressing. Mix until pasta is completely coated with dressing. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for cold pasta salad.
