Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Steps

Melt Butter

In a medium pot, melt 2 Tbsp unsalted butter over medium heat. 

Cook Gravy

Stir in 2 cups milk, 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour, and season to taste with salt & pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low. Continuously stir for 5 minutes until thickened. If not thickened to liking, add flour by the Tbsp and stir until it reaches desired consistency.
