Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup or agave

  • 2 ⅓ cup milk (plant-based or regular)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

    - This recipe can be made vegan. Suggestions are in the ingredients list. 

Cooking Steps

Combine Ingredients 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix together 4 cups rolled oats, 1 ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp kosher salt, ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 2 ⅓ cup milk, and 1 cup frozen blueberries into a large bowl until combined. 

Bake

Place oat mixture into greased or lined muffin tins (makes roughly 18). Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C). 

Remove and cool until ready to serve! Store in an airtight container for the next day.
