10 Minute Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 8 oz fettuccine

  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • ¾ cup half & half

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Steps

Cook Pasta

Cook 8oz of fettuccine in a pot of boiling, salted, water until al dente, about 8-10 min. 

Make Sauce

While pasta is cooking, finely mince 2 cloves of garlic. In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 Tbsp of unsalted butter. Once butter is bubbly, add in minced garlic and cook, stirring for 30 sec, or until fragrant.

To the garlic, add in ¾ cup half & half and cook for 4-5 min, stirring occasionally. Add in cooked fettuccine and mix to combine. Add some reserved pasta water by the Tbsp. until sauce clings to pasta. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
