Ingredients

  • 1-15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1-2 Tbsp water (as needed)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Steps

Add all ingredients to a blender cup, blender, or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
