Looking for a companion to tortilla chips or a topping to a quesadilla? This Pico de Gallo recipe is fast and easy, yet flavorful. Give it a try and soon it will become your new favorite topping or side.

  • Any tomatoes will work for this recipe; however, I do prefer to use Roma tomatoes. I like the firm texture that they bring so I always use them.

  • You can adjust the amount of jalapeño and seeds that you use in your Pico de Gallo. I prefer to have more spice, so I include the seeds, but I don’t like my mouth being on fire, so I only use 1 pepper. If you are accustomed to more spice, then add as much as you like.

  • I don’t add any cilantro; however, you may add it if you like.
