Simple & Easy Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients
½ bag (8oz) slaw mix–about ½ cup shredded carrots, ½ shredded red cabbage, ½ cup shredded green cabbage
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp mascarpone cheese
½ Tbsp sugar
Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Steps
Whisk Ingredients Together
In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon, white wine vinegar, mascarpone, sugar, and salt & pepper, as desired to combine.
Add Slaw Mix
Add slaw mix to bowl with dressing and stir/toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
