What is better than a recipe that is easy and requires minimal ingredients? In only a matter of minutes, you will have a delicious graham cracker crust that can be used for a variety of different desserts such as: baked s’mores, cheesecake, and more!

Prep Time: 2-5 min.

Cook Time: 4 min.

Total Time: 6-9 min.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

3-4 sheets of crushed graham crackers

1-2 Tbsp. unsalted butter or coconut oil*

*If you want to make the graham cracker crust vegan, substitute out the butter and use coconut oil.

You can use any size of pan you desire. For reference, I used a 9x9 glass pan.

Cooking Steps

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Crush Graham Crackers

Place 3-4 sheets of graham crackers in a plastic baggie. Smash the graham crackers with a kitchen utensil such as a mallet or even a glass until graham crackers resemble sand. You can get creative with this step. You could even use a blender if you desire.

Mix in Butter

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt butter in microwave. Cook in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Once butter is fully melted, mix in crushed graham crackers. Place the crust mixture into a 9x9 glass pan.

Bake

Bake the crust for 4 minutes in the preheated oven until golden. Continue with your dessert!
