Baked Sweet Potato

Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
Butter
Brown Sugar
Cooking Steps
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prep Potatoes
Scrub and rinse 2 medium sweet potatoes. Liberally poke holes into sweet potatoes.
Bake Potatoes
Add potatoes to a lined baking sheet and bake for 45-50 min.
Remove from the oven, carefully. Serve warm with butter and brown sugar to your taste.
