Cheesy Farfalle

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Farfalle, cooked

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 zucchini, cut into half moons

  • Pasta Sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Steps

  • Cook Farfalle to box/bag instructions.

  • Saute onion & zucchini with oil in a medium pot, 5 min. Season with salt & pepper.

  • Add pasta sauce of choice & Italian seasoning to vegetables. Simmer until pasta is cooked.

  • To a 9x9 dish, add pasta and cover with sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  • Broil in oven for 3-4 min. until cheese is melty (check often). Serve!
