Cheesy Farfalle
Ingredients
8 oz. Farfalle, cooked
1 onion, diced
1 zucchini, cut into half moons
Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cooking Steps
Cook Farfalle to box/bag instructions.
Saute onion & zucchini with oil in a medium pot, 5 min. Season with salt & pepper.
Add pasta sauce of choice & Italian seasoning to vegetables. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
To a 9x9 dish, add pasta and cover with sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Broil in oven for 3-4 min. until cheese is melty (check often). Serve!
