Fast Peach Oatmeal (Vegan)

A quick and easy breakfast idea! Vegan or plant-based friendly with that hint of sweetness for the morning. What a treat to wake up to!

Ingredients

(only ingredients are listed below. Use your discretion for portion sizes)

  • Canned or frozen peaches

  • Rolled oats

  • Vegan butter

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • Vegan yogurt (if desired)

Cooking Steps

  1. Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Add oats and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted. 

  2. Add peaches, salt, and cinnamon to the oats.

    ** If necessary, add a little water if the mixture is quite dry. You want the oats to have some liquid to cook. 

  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat. Serve over vegan yogurt if desired!
