Sheet Pan Salmon with Rice

Ingredients

- 2 Salmon filets (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper)
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ red & ½ white onion
- white rice
- optional: honey vinaigrette (honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice)

Steps

- Bake salmon & veggies at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 min., or until the salmon is done to your preference.
- Serve salmon & veggies over rice and spoon over vinaigrette
