Ingredients
(only ingredients are listed below. Use your discretion for portion sizes)
Canned or frozen peaches
Rolled oats
Vegan butter
Cinnamon
Salt
Vegan yogurt (if desired)
Cooking Steps
Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Add oats and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.
Add peaches, salt, and cinnamon to the oats.
** If necessary, add a little water if the mixture is quite dry. You want the oats to have some liquid to cook.
Cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat. Serve over vegan yogurt if desired!
